Paras TMT - Quality

The  Raw  Material   Chemical  Composition   is   being  checked  for    Carbon,  Sulphur,Phosphorus  etc. with   Physical   inspection   like  piping,  stag,  surface  etc  and  carried out   to  remove  defective  material   if  any  before  raw  material   charged   for  furnace. Quality   Supervisors   and   Foreman  ensure  quality as regards  maintenance  of  section Weight,   Size   and   Rips   etc.,  while  Quality   Engineers  operate  to  ensure   requisite Standards,  Specifications  are  met.

 
Random   samples are  drawn  for  testing from   the  manufacturing  process, values are Documented and recorded   as   per   IS 1786:1985  for  TMT  on   the  basis  of  which Testing   Certificate   is   issued  to  the  customers.

Time to time our  samples  are  tested in different  Test  House and as well as in  the National Test   House  so  that  we  can  able  to satisfy  himself and  as well  as  the our Esteemed clients.

We  also  used   the   M.S. Billet   for  quality   products  for   which  we  purchased  the M.S. Billets   from   different   producers as well as TATA and  keen to do  the M.O.U. from  SAIL  for  M. S.  Billets.
